Do you make custom garments?
We are a one woman show, and at this point in time we do not have the capacity for custom orders.

Can I request for a garment to be a little longer or shorter?
Yes! Just email us at hello@teaganjacobs.com before you place your order so we can have a chat!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Australia and North America. International tracked shipping is $20 AUD. 

What about customs and duties fees?
We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that you may be charged for when your package enters your country. 

How long will it take to get my order?
Most of the time our garments are made to order, just for you, so it does take a little longer. Our processing times range from 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I wash and care for my garments?
