Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags.

If you have paid for shipping we are unable to refund the price of the shipping.
There are certain situations where only an exchange or store credit is granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or the item is custom made.
This also includes any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you in the rare case of the rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@teaganjacobs.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. On the rare occasion that an item is lost in the mail on the way to us, we take no responsibility, and cannot send you a refund if we do not receive the garments back. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
